What is Hotmess Fitness?

Hotmess Fitness was created by Tia Stokes, a dancer from Utah. She saw an opportunity to enrich lives and she took it. She creates workouts meant to push you to your limit and show you that you can do hard things! Each session is 8 weeks long and each week consists of three cardio workouts (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and 2 on the ball workouts (Tuesday and Thursday). By the time Saturday rolls around you will have worked your entire body!

Hotmess is more than just a workout. It is a full body transformation, from the inside out! In Hotmess we learn the importance of being grateful and are encouraged to keep gratitude journals.  And don’t forget your “I am” statements!

While we conquer our doubts and self imposed limitations we get to fill ourselves up with positive affirmations that remind us just how amazing we are! The biggest lesson of Hotmess is that we are so much more than a number on a scale. Our bodies are amazing and beautiful and we have so much to be grateful for!
