Yesterday we talked about consistency. Today let’s keep going. When getting healthy is concerned, consistency is a big thing. Another big thing is actually a small thing. Start with small things.
Let’s say you want to cut back on sugar. You could start with cutting out candy (it is possible!). Or maybe you want to drink more water, start by adding a glass of water before breakfast. If you want to add more fruits and veggies try adding a few to each meal and work your way up.
Small steps, when done consistently add up to big things in the end.
So today I want you to think of one thing you want to change to improve your health and go for it. Pick a small step and work at being consistent. It doesn’t have to be overwhelming at all. The new year is a great time to start making small changes!!
