The reason for this challenge is to get up and move each day in a fun way and to grow that self love from the inside out!

You guys we just finished this fun challenge!!! If you follow me on Instagram @thetiabeestokes you have seen all the crazy, fun videos I was sharing of al the challengers!!!! So dang fun! NOW YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR OWN!! Get some friends to join and do it with you ❤️ All the better to cheer each other on!

Day 1:

🔅10 squats every time you use the potty!

10 squats can easily become 100 🙈

And the more water you drink the more squats you do😉

❤️ write down 3 things you are GRATEFUL FOR! Start everyday with a grateful heart, true happiness and self love comes from loving what you already are! See the good!

Day 2:

🔅20 pushups when you get up and when you go to bed + 10 squats every time you potty 😉. Keep em goin! YOU GOT THIS!

❤️ write down 3 things you LOVE about yourself! Ex: I love my arms because they can hold my babies! Etc. + 3 things your are grateful for! Voice what you love our bodies do sooo much for us!

Day 3:

🔅 1 minute plank 🙌🏻yahooo! Modify if you need (am & pm) + 20 pushups (am & pm) + 10 squats every time you potty😉such a fun way to get it in!

❤️ write down 3 I AM STATEMENTS repeat after me:

I AM WORTH OF LOVE

I AM BEAUTIFUL

I AM AMAZING IN EVERY WAY

Now write your own + 3 things you love about your body + 3 things your grateful for!! I promise these little things will help you to see your body in a beautiful and accepting way!

Day 4:

🔅 20 sit ups 🙌🏻 get those abs burnin (am & pm) + 1 minute plank (am & pm) + 20 pushups (am & pm) + 10 squats every time you use the potty 😉🙈 yahoo! It may seem like a lot! But that’s what makes a challenge a challenge right?! Come on we got this!

❤️ write down 3 things you would like to attract in your life!

“What you think you become, what you feel you attract, what you imagine you create.” – Buddha soooo true and good , right?!

+ 3 I AM statements + 3 thing things you love about your body + 3 things you are grateful for!

Day 5:

🔅 DANCEEEEE PARTAY 💃🏽 time! Don’t take life so seriously! Get the family involved! Play this song loud and dance dance Dance Dance and of it leads into another song then even better!! Dance the day away!!!! Music is amazing what it can do to our mood and when you move to it , it’s even better!!!

❤️ write down 3 things your good at. We need to always remember what god given talents we’ve been given and use them!!!

Day 6:

🔅 1 minute of jumping jacks while saying “I AM WORTH IT” + 20 sit ups (am & pm) + 1 minute plank am & pm) + 20 push ups (am & pm) + 10 squats every time you potty + 20 sit-ups (am & pm) + 10 squats every time you potty! 👊🏽 YOU GOT THIS!!

❤️ say “I AM WORTH IT” through our your day when out loud along with doing your daily writings above 👆🏽

Day 7: THIS IS IT! Hopefully you are feeling more love for your self, people around you and life!! All of these little things really add up to create a beautiful picture at the end! It takes practice and continuous work! SO THE 7 days may be are over but you can continue!!

Remember continue at least ALL THE THINGS YOU WROTE DOWN! I challenge you to do those things for LIFE!! I promise it makes a world of difference 🙂

Your workouts can change all the time that’s always fun but the things you practice telling your self daily will stick forever!!❤️
