Potatoes are super inexpensive and you can do all kind of yummy things with them!! Add seasonings, herbs, and use all kind of dips and you have a yummy snack or side dish!!
Here is a basic no oil, let’s call it a fry recipe. Cut up potatoes and add desired spices, herbs, etc (really whatever flavor you are going for here…). Then bake on a non stick pan at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Flip them and bake more if needed. Then the fun part comes…the dip! I love a good dip!! These potatoes are super good with guacamole! Or for a bit of a twist just mash up an avocado and add a bit of garlic and onion powder. You could even make a thick salsa and dip in that-tomatoes, jalepeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice-and blend it up to make a thick salsa dip!!

I am always a fan of tasty roasted potatoes (and adding other veggies makes it even better!!) I toss my potatoes (and other veggies!!) in a little olive oil and spread on a pan. I cover mine with garlic, onion, parsley, rosemary, and thyme!! Bake at 475 until soft and golden brown!! So yummy!!
